Milestone Management has been offering personalized property management to discerning Park City homeowners since 1997. is a locally-owned and operated premier property management company caring for vacation homes in the Park City area. With over seventeen years of experience, Milestone is a trusted community partner, managing forty to fifty private ski vacation homes year-round. Milestone employs fifteen full-time employees-property managers, housekeepers, and field and administrative staff-to handle any and all needs of the second homeowner before, during, and after each visit to their home. Our services include:
•Weekly Property Inspections while owner is out of residence
•Seasonal maintenance tasks to sustain proper mechanical functions
•Monthly, weekly, and/or daily housekeeping, as desired
•Maintenance, Heavy Labor, and Repair services of all kinds
•Scheduling, oversight, and follow-up of all subcontracted repairs

Back for its 57th year, the iconic Park City Kimball Arts Festival brings 200 top-tier classic and edgy artists of all stripes (painters, photographers, sculptors, potters, contemporary and multimedia creators, and more) to Old Town, Aug 7–9. 🎨

Stroll the booths, tap into your own creativity at the aptly named Creative Station, sidle up to the stages for musical artistry, and engage young ones with a scavenger hunt.

For those looking to avoid throngs of people (roughly 30,000 folks pass through the fest), the best times to attend are the locals’ night on Friday (pre-registration and Utah ID required) and sleepy Sunday morning.
