Our condo is located in the Park Station complex right on Park Avenue and has amazing access to Main Street and the Town Lift! Town Lift is an easy 2 minute walk away so you can easily go skiing. In the summertime you can walk out the patio door and access the trail system in Park City which leads to Main Street, the local park, or accesses more trails throughout Park City. The living room has spa
ce for everyone with comfortable couches and a ski rack to hang your skis and other wet gear. The couch is a queen size pullout couch with a very comfortable gel top memory foam mattress that can sleep 2 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you would need including oven, microwave, slow cooker, coffee pot, kettle, and all the cooking utensils you would need for those days you choose to dine in. The master bedroom has a king size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, a walk in closet, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the detached bathroom is right across the hallway with a shower/tub combo. Other amenities in this building include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, outdoor pool, sauna, men and women's locker rooms, ice machine, and washer/dryer room. - Happy Holidays (Late-December): Santa and Torchlight Parade.
- Sundance Film Festival (Late-February): The 10-day festival celebrates the work of independent films.
- FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup (February): The world's best freestyle skiers come together for this competition.
- Spring Gruv & Pond Skimming (Late-March): Spring Gruv outdoor concert series. Pond Skimming Contest where brave souls dressed in costume attempt to skim over a man-made pond.
- Easter Celebration (April): Easter Bunny sightings and egg hunts pop-up all over town.
- Savor the Summit (June): One long dinner table graces the length of Main Street. Food and live music.
- 4th of July Celebrations
- Park City Food & Wine Classic (July): A premier event where master winemakers, culinary greats, and distinguished guests gather to play, wine, and dine.
- Tour of Utah (last week in July): International professional cycling competition, Main Street will be the start and finish site for the challenge.
- Kimball Arts Festival (August): Annual arts festival with live bands and beer and wine gardens.
