In July, 1,167 homes sold, up 2.7% from last year, while the median sales price held relatively steady at $547,000. Homes averaged 52 days on the market, reinforcing just how important the right pricing, preparation, and marketing strategy can be.

The August market numbers are in for the Wasatch Back, with Summit and Wasatch Counties continuing to offer distinct opportunities for buyers and sellers.

Summit County reported a $1.6M median sales price, with 788 active listings and 96 properties closing during the month. In Wasatch County, the median sales price was $1.2M, with 572 active listings and 61 closed properties.
