Thank you to the Park City Chamber of Commerce for this very kind expose'. Not quite 451,000 turkeys but close to that many people enjoying a thanksgiving dinner because of the Park City turkey drive.

Sincere thank you to the Promontory Foundation for your generous grant to Bridge21 last evening - we are so honored. We are proud and grateful for your consideration and will use this grant towards developing affordable and sustainable housing for adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities in Summit County.

I think we are looking forward to hearing how the ski resorts will handle the new "social distance" measures due to the pandemic. Personally, I think I will ski the back country, skate ski and snow-shoe while leaving in-bound skiing at the resorts to visiting guests and tourists.

Despite the pandemic, the real estate market across the country, remains solid. There are still buyers and sellers and with inventory at an all-time low, values are still trending strong. There is penned up demand and buyers are responding accordingly. It's interesting to see homes come to the market in Park City and occasionally, there are multiple offers on well-priced properties. It doesn't seem like the "bottom" is going to fall out and it is still a good time to explore and participate in the local market. Want to know what a local knows? Give me a call.

Reports indicate that home buyers are gradually returning to the market.
