✨ JUST LISTED ✨

1374 W Red Fox Rd. | 11.41 Acres | $2,595,000

One of the last remaining undeveloped homesites in Phase 1 of The Preserve, offering panoramic views, direct trail access, and one of the most convenient locations in the community.

Positioned just inside the southern gatehouse, Lot 17 combines a south-facing, downhill building envelope with sweeping views of Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, Canyons Village, Utah Olympic Park, Glenwild Golf Course, and the Uinta Mountains.

✅ Exceptional Views — The panorama is among the most expansive in The Preserve, capturing nearly every major landmark along the Wasatch Back in a single view corridor.

✅ Unmatched Access — The Glenwild back gate is less than half a mile from the property. Both Full Golf and Social Memberships are currently available.

✅ Direct Trail Access — The Preserve trail system is accessible directly from the corner of the lot, providing immediate access to hiking, trail running, and mountain biking.

✅ Head Start on Design — The seller has invested significant time and resources into nearly completed plans by 4C Architecture for an approximately 8,000-square-foot mountain residence, offering a valuable head start for a future owner.

✅ Privacy + Convenience — Surrounded by over 1,700 acres of protected open space, The Preserve offers unmatched privacy and seclusion while remaining just 15–20 minutes from Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, Main Street, shopping, dining, and year-round recreation.

Real estate has never been just about transactions for us. It’s about people, relationships, and helping clients navigate some of life’s biggest milestones.

We’re honored to be recognized by RealTrends as one of the nation’s top-producing real estate teams.

This recognition is only possible because of the trust our clients place in us and the incredible community we’re fortunate to serve. From legacy ranches and ski-in/ski-out homes to family retreats and vacant land, every property has a story, and we’re grateful to play a small role in helping write the next chapter.

Thank you to our clients, friends, colleagues, and families for your continued support. We’re incredibly grateful and excited for what’s ahead.

Tomorrow from 5:30-7pm help bees, butterflies, and other pollinators by assisting the Swaner EcoCenter with their demonstration garden in front of the EcoCenter! Volunteers will help with soil amendment, weeding, and pruning the pollinator garden in front of the EcoCenter to maintain it for the growing season. This opportunity is a great way to learn about native and waterwise plants that do well in Park City. Go to the Swaner EcoCenter's website for more information.

There are some properties that are just real estate.

And then there are places that become part of a family’s story.

Today, with mixed emotions, I’m honored to bring Silver Creek Ranch to market. This special property has been home to my mother’s lifelong passion for horses, family, and the western lifestyle. Countless memories were made here, from early mornings in the barn, family cookouts to evenings spent watching the sun set across the pastures.

Located in Woodland, Utah, Silver Creek Ranch offers 13.6 fully irrigated acres with approximately 35 acre feet of 1884 Provo River first-class priority water rights. The property features a beautifully maintained 4,028 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, a heated equestrian barn, tack room, workshop space, fenced pastures, and a recently completed 2 bedroom, 2 bath guest apartment.

Minutes from the Provo River, National Forest access, Park City, and Deer Valley East Village, the ranch offers a rare combination of privacy, recreation, and convenience.

What makes this property truly special, however, isn’t found in the square footage or acreage, it’s the legacy. My mother built a nationally recognized championship horse program here, with 13 American Paint Horse Association World Titles, the ranch stands as a testament to decades of hard work, dedication, and love for the equestrian lifestyle.

As one chapter closes, another begins. I hope the next owners will create as many lasting memories here as our family has over the years.
