Lindsay Clark was born into the business in Brunswick, Maine, where her parents and grandparents continue to operate a prominent brokerage and development company. The call of the West drove Lindsay to the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business where she furthered her real estate interests. Graduating with honors, Lindsay left school with a dual degree in Real Estate and Marketing with

a double major in Spanish. Over the last five years she has specialized in the super high end of Park City's market where she and the Benson team managed, sold, and marketed over 500 transactions totaling more than $600 Million in sales. The Benson team has found Lindsay's degree in real estate and her ability to speak Spanish fluently to be a valuable asset when engaging the international buyer that has become the focus of the Benson team. This effort led to Lindsay acting as the creator and manager of the Benson team's Sundance production that generated more than $40 Million in sales in 2014. When she isn't working, Lindsay is a yoga instructor and enjoys the healthy outdoor lifestyle of Park City, Utah.

State-wide Utah receives 192% of normal snowfall, and it supposed to continue.

Snowpack reached a new high during last Friday’s storms, according to Utah Snow Survey data. The snow water equivalent in Utah, or the amount of water the snow will release when its melts, sits at 26.1 inches as of Friday afternoon. That ties with the previous known record of 26 inches set on April 13, 1983.
