Michael Kermizis - Realtor Knowledge, Experience, Service Michael has been living in the Park City area since 1989, selling real estate since 1992!

After moving here to ski from Bath, Ohio where he attended the University of Akron and graduated with an MBA and Graphic Design degrees. Michael fell in love with everything about the Park City area. In the summer months, Michael is an avid water-skier and can often be found skiing behind his boat on the Jordanelle Reservoir or in southern Utah on Lake Powell. He also enjoys hiking, camping and wa

lking his dog. In the winter, Michael can be found snow shoeing, or on the mountain where he has been snow skiing since he was 5 years old. Since 1995, Michael has designed 42 homes that are built around the Park City and surrounding areas. Many of the homes were designed and sold as spec homes but some were custom designs for his real estate clients. They range from small family homes to multi-million dollar ski access homes with lots of unique custom features. Ask him about his favorite features he has put into some of his homes…In addition, Michael has been involved with several developments from the infant stages to the final completion. These include the Ski Access homesites at Canyons known as “The Timbers” and “The Cove at Sun Peak” nearby in the Sun Peak subdivision where he as a partner in the development. Michael has two beautiful daughters that fill up a lot of his time and energy. They are truly the most important part of every day for him and he spends lots of time everyday playing and working with them. In addition to selling real estate, Michael also manages several homes for his clients. Long Term Property management ranges from finding Long Term Tenants, drafting Lease Agreements and maintaining contact during the terms of the lease.
