Nancy Tallman is a native of Los Angeles, California where she earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from UCLA. She spent 16 years in the health care field negotiating multi-million dollar contracts between physician groups, hospitals and insurance companies. When her husband, Larry, was seeking executive positions outside of California, Nancy told him she would “move anywhere people go on vac
ation.” The family settled in Park City in 2003. In 2009, when Larry was offered another opportunity in Los Angeles, he agreed to commute so the family could continue to enjoy Park City’s magical lifestyle. Relocating to Park City gave Nancy the chance to pursue her passion for real estate and her dream of owning her own business. Over the years, Nancy built a very successful business and has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell property. She leverages her professional experience to provide innovative and effective marketing strategies, aggressive negotiating, and creative problem solving. She is fiercely devoted to ensuring her clients are successful in achieving their real estate goals. Over 80% of Nancy’s business comes from referrals or repeat clients. Through her affiliation with Sotheby’s International Realty, Nancy provides “million dollar marketing” for each of her listings. In addition to real estate, Nancy has been a leader of both professional and non-profit organizations. Nancy was President of the Park City Board of REALTORS® in 2015 and currently serves as Dean of the Utah Association of REALTORS®’ Leadership Academy. She is the 2015 recipient of the prestigious Utah Association of REALTORS® “President’s Award”, given to one of Utah’s 20,000 REALTORS® each year. She served on several non-profit boards, including the Park City Education Foundation, Park City Academy, United Way Summit County Leadership Council and the Back Nine Homeowner’s Association. Nancy writes a weekly real estate blog at “insideparkcityrealestate.com”, which is followed by thousands of readers throughout the United States. Nancy perfectly balances a successful real estate career, raising two teenagers and two dogs, serving her community and daily activity. “I attend CrossFit classes at 5:15 am so they don’t interfere with my other commitments. In the winter, I try to ski once a week and the rest of the year I take advantage of Park City’s beautiful trails by hiking or mountain biking.
