We are a non profit organization. The building is over 100 years old. And our roof is over 40 years old which is in need of replacing and will cost approximately $60,000. And since the only funds we get comes from the tenants that live here, we would like suggestions for some fund raisers and/ or donations to help with the roof repair. We are trying to keep the cost of the apartments for the seniors reasonable. So with that said,any help through suggestions or donations would be appreciated. Keep in mind although the park hills senior center is in the same building we are not the same institution. Park Hills Senior center is run by the city of park hills and The Park Hills Senior Apartments are run by The Senior Citizens Aid Association.
