Hey, my name is Boone, and my mom needs your help!! She has 10 families who are looking in the Heartland Lakes area for a new home. Here’s what they’re looking for:
1. Young family looking for a country home with at least 3 bedrooms, and preferably a garage that is not a fixer-upper for around $250,000.
2. Another young family looking for at least 4 bedrooms, a garage and in the country up to $300,000.
3. A lady looking for a year-round home on either Fishhook Lake or Long Lake (but preferably Fishhook) for its proximity to town for around $500,000.
4. A couple is looking for a cabin or home on Fishhook, Potato, Big & Little Sand, and under $500,000.
5. A couple is looking for a country home in the Park Rapids area, preferably in the country. 3+ bedrooms is necessary, $215,000 but room to maybe go higher! They do not want a fixer-upper.
6. A couple looking for a lake home with privacy. They want 3+ bedrooms, and it could be anywhere from Bemidji to Park Rapids to possibly Walker or Detroit Lakes, but it also must have level lakeshore. $600,000 to $1,000,000.
7. A lady looking between Park Rapids and Frazee (preferably Park Rapids and does not want to be in Menahga), 2-3 bedrooms, 1-2 bathrooms, garage, okay with work needing to be done but would prefer to be just cosmetic work, $190,000 or less.
8. A young family needs a home with at least 3 bedrooms, but preferably 4, in Park Rapids. It needs to be livable, no more than $170,000.
9. Gentleman looking for a house with 2 bedrooms in the country. He wants to stay south of Park Rapids, but not in Wadena County, for $200,000-$250,000.
10. Cabin or a lot on Two Inlets, Duck, Palmer, Boot, or similar lake with level elevation to the lake. $450,000-$500,000.
