When should you list your home?

The honest answer is the one nobody on Instagram wants to give you, because it's not as exciting as "list now!" or "wait until spring!"

The right time to list is when your life is ready, your home is prepped, and your numbers make sense.

How are we already halfway through the year?

Here's the June R.E.P.O.R.T. of everything I'm into right now.

R – Reading: I do more listening than I do reading lately and my go-to podcast is Juicy Scoop.

E – Eating: I LOVE poké bowls. The best easy summer meal.

P – Preparing: My daughter Sofia graduated from Resurrection College Prep this year. I'm so proud of her, and we'll have a busy summer of graduation parties, getting ready for college and more.

O – On My Radar: The ongoing lawsuit between Zillow and MRED. So much has happened in the past few weeks and I'm keeping a close eye on it to see what continues to unfold.

R – Recommending: Blue Moon Estate Sales, an amazing estate sale company that specializes in helping people through life transitions. Follow them at .

If you've lived in Chicago for years and haven't been here, today's the day.

Loyola Beach is one of those spots locals love but never seem to post about. The best part? Parking is SO easy (but don't tell too many people 😉).

Chicago is full of great beaches though, all along the lakefront from Ardmore Avenue to 71st Street and you can't go wrong.
