Over the summer, I had the opportunity to teach a First-Time Homebuyer Seminar at the Des Plaines library, and one of the attendees decided to take the next step and work with me. ❤️

What followed was such a fun journey! We searched, toured, laughed, strategized, and navigated the process together—and eventually found the perfect home for them! 🏠🔑

The best part? The timing worked out perfectly. We were able to find their home with enough time to avoid renewing their rental, saving them money that would have otherwise gone toward another lease—and instead, they’re putting that money toward their very own home. 🙌 PLUS... we got our offer accepted below list price :)
