Because that’s not what I do. When I take on a listing, it’s treated like a brand launch, not a MLS entry.

Staging that actually makes sense for the home. Personally inviting the neighbors to the open house, because I don’t rely only on the internet. A social strategy built for that property, not copy-pasted from the last one.

Every detail is intentional. Every single time. And when it is? The results speak for themselves.

Our trip came to a close with a perfect day trip to Visit Estes Park! Swipe to see everything we did in the captions with timestamps to show what you can do in 7 hours and save for your future trip there đź“Ť

If you’ve been to Estes Park, did we miss anything?



8:00am - 2 hour $15 (round trip) shuttle from Denver Union Station to Visit Estes Park

9:55am - The views into the town are worth the trip alone as we headed to the drop off at Visit Estes Park visitor center.

10:15am - Take in the views & figure out the free shuttle system (one of the best parts about traveling here is how easy it was to get around without a car)

10:36am - Headed on the free shuttle to our first destination!

11am - I found Coffee on the rocks on Instagram & it did not disappoint (gluten free bagels available!!)

This view from the coffee shop??? You can also buy duck food and feed them in the pond 🥹

1:30pm - After walking around town, we headed over to Lake Estes via the shuttle & rented a kayak for $18 (we only did 30 minutes since it was really hot)

I’ll never forget this ride 🤍

2:09pm - Back on the shuttle to go somewhere I was really excited about…

2:45pm - Ride the Mustang Mountain Coaster (3 times)

We didn’t have a chance to get on the aerial tram so this was perfect view from above!

4:00pm - Appetizers & drinks at The Post before our shuttle. This gave us a chance to get a closer view of the iconic The Stanley Hotel

After 15k steps, we earned this.

Another amazing gluten free find, they had gf fried chicken + chicken tenders.

5:09pm - Headed back to Denver Union Station with a lifetime of memories 🫶
