Final walk through day can bring a mix of emotions . . .

As one chapter comes to a close, it's natural to think about all the memories made along the way. But there's also something special about knowing a new chapter is about to begin for someone else.

My client loved their home and I know they wanted to leave it with that same feeling for the next owners. From having everything ready to go to leaving a thoughtful welcome gift basket, they made sure the house's new owners could walk in and instantly feel at home.

I've been told that I attract the sweetest clients, and today was a perfect reminder of that. ❤️ 🏡 ❤️

Sometimes the timing just works out exactly the way it needs to.

Our seller found their next home sooner than expected, which meant that we needed to pivot quickly to a quick turnaround strategy - and that's exactly what we delivered!

We started with launching the home on the Private Listing Network to build momentum before hitting the MLS, and within 4 days on the market, this property is officially under contract!
