Buying your first home can be intimidating, but Joel says working with Dream Finders Home’s sales team and his personal realtor helped make the process less scary, talking through budgets and answering all of his questions.

Andrea and Austin Ohlhauser weren’t looking for a new home. They were just driving around Parker with Andrea’s brother when they spotted the Looking Glass models going up south of Stroh Road. One walk-through later, thought, they were done for.

“We fell in love,” Andrea said. “We were like, we’re never going to get these.” Their Dream Finders sales consultant Scott had other ideas. He handed them a stack of brochures, told them he could absolutely help get them into a home, and proved it. Within a week, they were under contract.
