This sounds amazing!

👀 This salad is a must!

I fell in love with this salad last night. And were eating the left overs with lunch today! It’s so easy and delish!

Spinach Salad with a Warm Bacon Vinaigrette

6 slices of bacon
1/2 C green onions, sliced
1/3 C red wine vinegar
2 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
10 oz Baby spinach

Crisp bacon in skillet, save drippings in the pan for dressing. Add onions to the same skillet, cook about 1 minute. Stir in the chopped bacon, Dijon, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir together until mixed well and remove from heat. Let cool slightly then pour over spinach. It will slightly wilt as you toss.

And there you go, a perfect spinach salad 🙌🏻
