MAY REPORT! As you can see, don't expect a precipitous drop in prices. The Denver Metro Area is where everyone wants to be and demand is high. If you want to sell, you're probably going to get list price or more. If you want to buy, interest rates are still historically low. This is not to say that everything is all rosy, but you need a Realtor, like me, to help you navigate. I don't have a crystal ball, but I am a 5-time Fantasy Football Champion. lol
