📉 Denver Metro Market Update – Part 2

One number really stood out in the May housing report…

🔑 New listings dropped 18% compared to last year.

At the same time:

📝 Pending sales increased 5%
🏠 4,054 homes closed
📈 Buyers are still actively purchasing homes
