Front Porch Properties manages single family homes available for rent in the Parkersburg area. We are very responsive to the concerns of both those who rent our homes and those who own the homes we represent. We have both furnished and unfurnished homes. The furnished homes include the utilities and are available for short term rental. If you are relocating to West Virginia to the Parkersburg, Vienna, Williamstown, or Boaz area or to Ohio to the Marietta or Belpre area, give us a call--we'd love to help you find your next home. We are not realtors, but are property managers, and we keep our fingers on the pulse of the single family rental home market in this area. If we don't have a home for rent that suits your needs, we may be able to direct you to others who might. Our official office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm, but we are available after hours to show properties and attend to our client's needs.

We currently have two fully furnished rentals available for month-to-month lease. The homes are available with or without utilities provided. We also have an unfurnished three bedroom 2 1/2 bath large brick home which will be available for rent shortly. If you are relocating to the Parkersburg area and need a place to live while you are searching for your next home please contact us directly.

The pictures below are of the two furnished rentals. The first rental is a three bedroom/two bath and the second rental is four bedroom/1 1/2 bath.. The first picture is of the house we call Victorian Park house. The brick house in the second picture was called Bungard House but is now referred to as Dasher House. If you look further down the page you can find older posts which show photos of the interiors of the two furnished houses. Some of the furniture has been rearranged, and a few chairs replaced, but the photos give you an idea of how it looks. The two furnished homes are also listed on AirBnB with more current photos of the homes and interiors. Your are welcome to book direct or through AirBnB. You will get a better price booking direct with Front Porch Properties.

Missing the cool, crisp, clear days of autumn and colorful foliage displays? Come stay at one of our furnished rental homes for a few days and revel in the joys of autumn! We have three listings on Airbnb, including the two furnished rentals on this page: the Bungard House and the Victoria Park House. The leaf display is predicted to peak in mid-October this year.
