I came from the automotive world, where surveys were pushed hard and asked for after every single visit. In real estate, my broker sends them out automatically after a closing, and I usually get one not long after the deal is done. They recommend reminding clients to fill them out..but I’ve never once asked someone to complete a survey for me. Still, almost every time, one shows up with thoughtful, kind words. I don’t take that lightly. I’m genuinely grateful that people trust me with something this important, and I’m thankful I get to do this for a living every day 🙏
