Buying a house can be scary. Your title process shouldn't be.

So what does a title company actually do between contract and closing? We search public records to confirm the property can be sold, find and clear issues like old liens or unpaid taxes, handle the closing paperwork and funds, and make sure the deed gets recorded. You get the keys, and I handle the details.
