He got the ki! Sometimes getting to the settlement table requires some last minute things (I'm talking on the way to settlement, constantly refreshing my email) to go right. When I think of what to write for this post I find myself getting a little choked up (or maybe that's just pregnancy hormones lol) but I honestly can't think of a couple more deserving to be closing on their first (and forever!) home today. They've worked so hard to be able to achieve this dream and I worked tirelessly to get them there and I was so happy to be able to hand them the keys today!

Today is all about . I had some clients come to me who previously had some *not so great* experiences with agents. They are now on a tight timeline to get out of their current rental before their lease is up and they came to the right person! Instead of wasting their time looking at homes that won't work for them, I'm out making sure it checks their boxes before they get home from vacation so we can hit the ground running!
