Say hello to Westminster’s newest homeowners 🏡

Fun fact: the first time I spoke with Isak and Meredith, I was stuck on 695 for four hours because of an overturned tractor trailer.

Somehow during that traffic jam they managed to give me two requirements:
A historic home in downtown Westminster — where generations of their family grew up.
And a house with good vibes.

A house built in 1800 shouldn't have vibes this good, but maybe some homes just wait for the right people.

Welcome home, you two. Westminster just got a little sweeter.

When I think of what to write for this post I find myself getting a little choked up (or maybe that's just pregnancy hormones lol) but I honestly can't think of a couple more deserving to be closing on their first (and forever!) home today. They've worked so hard to be able to achieve this dream and I worked tirelessly to get them there and I was so happy to be able to hand them the keys today!
