The "Dream for All" program is back, but there is a catch.

Most people think this is just free money. It isn’t. It is an Equity Partnership.

Here is the trade:

The State gives you 20% down.

You pay 0% monthly on that money.

BUT... when you sell, you pay back the original 20% PLUS 20% of your appreciation (profit).

For the right buyer, this is a game-changer. For the wrong buyer, it’s a distraction.

The Urgency: This is a lottery system starting this month. You cannot enter the lottery without a specific Pre-Approval Letter. If you wait for the portal to open to call a lender, you will likely miss the window.
