I was looking through my real estate client files to see who I should advise to remove PMI from their loan. I always try to keep up with that and fighting property taxes the first year. Anyway…. I had a client close with a 1.875% interest rate in 2021!! Just absolutely insane. 🤑 I also had clients in the 2% and 3% range that year!! (Including me lol) Those were the days!! 🏡 I finally had a client close in the 5% range this year so things are getting better!!

The 10 hottest communities in the Houston area are suburban areas! People want to move away from the city for more affordable housing and more land! I have to say this is true. I’m finding that more and more buyers are looking to buy land! Even if it’s just a mobile home on there they prefer that over a crowded neighborhood.
