~JUST SOLD~ Another agent had this listing for 9 MONTHS! He had the tenant take the photos and couldn’t be bothered to show up and do his JOB. I went in and worked with the tenant to remove almost all of the artwork off of the walls, organize the belongings, bathrooms, etc and take proper photos and actually show up for showings to make sure the home was being shown in its best light .. SOLD IN 48 hours. Who you work with matters.. This other agent treated this client like garbage and should lose his license as a lender and agent. I’m grateful for the real ones that I get to work with like the buyer’s agents on this one. Compass
