I had the pleasure of helping this wonderful hard working woman! ❤️ We started off looking at condos and townhomes and with the right guidance and knowledge from the lender and myself, we were able to redirect her into buying a home for herself instead. Based on her reasoning of wanting a condo/townhouse, she was better off purchasing this home and financially it made more sense. 😊 Always looking out for my clients! 🙌🏼 I was even able to get the seller to contribute to her closing costs! We recently had our 2023 End of Year Awards ceremony, and I proudly stand here receiving an award. ☺️ Although 2023 was a troubling year in real estate, I still managed to push through thanks to the help of my clients, family, friends, and business partners. I feel honored and blessed to have been able to help my family and friends last year in purchasing and selling their homes. 🙏🏼 Without you guys, I would not be able to celebrate these accomplishments, and I am forever grateful. As always, thank you to those who continue to mention my name whenever anyone is talking real estate. 🏡

We made it to month number 3, thank God! 🙏🏼 March is one of my favorite months, and no it’s not my birth month. 😆 I just love getting the heat back and seeing the plants, grass, and flowers blooming again. 🌺 ⁣
