We have completed design on a stunning new custom home in the Cambridge / Dorchester County area, and we're seeking a licensed, experienced local builder to construct it.

Two-story, ~4,000 sq ft, geothermal-system, waterfront lot with a completed survey. Full drawings ready.

Must be MD-licensed and insured, experienced with high-end custom and waterfront/critical-area work, with strong references.

Moving into this custom 2-bed Windsor on Thurin Ave., Altadena, will be a full-circle moment for the homeowners, a return to the site of a home lost in the wildfires.
