Hello All,

There's steady progress happening at Lincoln at Orange Grove!

The common outdoor areas -- the Paseo and the Courtyard -- are coming along smoothly. You can see the buildings along the Paseo have all of their windows in, and the Courtyard is getting prepped for landscaping.

Inside, there has been some progress made in terms of the cabinets and closets as we have had shelves and closet rods installed. As for the kitchen pictured, you'll see it's waiting for the appliances and countertops.

We'll have more update photos in the coming weeks!

Hello all,
Work is continuing at Lincoln at Orange Grove. You can see a kitchen with the cabinetry work completed. The exterior paint is also completed. You can also see the spectacular view of the San Gabriel Mountain Range. As a reminder we are showcasing both low and moderate income units. More pics will be posted in the coming weeks.

Hello all,
We are continuing to make progress with Lincoln at Orange Grove. Another one of the buildings has its coat of paint. We have also started work on doors and cabinetry. You can see the beautiful architecture with the distinctive archways. You can also see the beginnings of one of the kitchens. Once again we are showcasing both low and moderate income units. We will post more progress pics in the coming weeks as we continue to work on the project.

Hello All,

HHP's website is fully restored and is back online. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our most important partner is the homebuyer who purchases a home at a set affordable sales price based on their income. As this pays only 50% of the cost to build the home, we rely on public and private partners to “bridge the gap” to make our affordable homeownership developments feasible.

Hello all,

We are making progress on our latest project, Lincoln at Orange Grove. The final coat of paint is going on as you can see in the second photo. There is great work being done on the interior as well. You can see a closet and kitchen for a moderate income unit and the entryway for a low income unit. We will post more progress pics in the coming weeks as we continue to work on the project.
