Scammers are becoming increasingly sophisticated—and older adults are often targeted by phone calls, emails, texts, and online scams designed to steal personal information or money.

The good news? A little awareness can go a long way. The Pasadena Police Department presented an information session to residents at The Oaks on "Senior Fraud Awareness" on August 12, 2026.

Last night was pure magic at The Oaks of Pasadena! Our beloved performing duo, Norm and Robin, brought the music, our residents and guests brought the good cheer, and a beautiful balmy Pasadena evening brought it all together.
