Steven Daly is a third generation Californian with roots in Southern and Northern California. After attending San Diego and San Francisco State Universities where he studied International Relations he landed in London, England managing restaurants and wine bars in Covent Garden focusing on creating the ultimate positive experience for customers. In the United States, Steven pursued a career in ma

rketing and lead generation where he successfully built and managed a business to business customer service department for a national lead generation company. His 18 years in the industry gives him an exceptional background in developing customer service skills not only for himself but for the team of people supporting him. Ultimately responsible for the renegotiation and salvage of large marketing contracts, Steven honed his skills as a negotiator with a keen attention to detail while striving for win-win solutions.
