Hoy, 10 de mayo, celebramos el Día de las Madres no solamente aquí en Estados Unidos, sino también en muchas de nuestras raíces indígenas y tierras ancestrales alrededor del mundo. Un día profundamente conectado con nuestra historia, nuestras familias, nuestras tradiciones y el papel tan sagrado de una madre.

Lo hermoso de nuestra celebración es que honramos mucho más que la sangre. Honramos a las mujeres que nos criaron con sacrificio, fe, fuerza y amor incondicional. A las madres que cruzaron montañas, fronteras, dificultades y generaciones enteras para darles una mejor vida a sus hijos. A las abuelas, tías, madres de crianza, guardianas, mentoras y mujeres que se convirtieron en figura de madre cuando alguien más necesitaba amor.

Protect Your Funds During Escrow

Before sending any deposit or wiring funds, always stop and verify.

There has been a rise in fraud where scammers send emails that look almost identical to your escrow officer’s instructions. These emails can appear legitimate, but the account and routing details are altered.

Do not rely on email alone.

Always call your escrow officer directly using a trusted phone number (not the one in the email) and verbally confirm:

• Account number
• Routing number
• Bank name

Do this right before you send any funds. A quick phone call can prevent a major financial loss.

If something feels off, pause the transaction. It is always better to double-check than to risk sending money to the wrong account.
