Just Closed. My clients bought this house via FaceTime and trust during the pandemic (swipe for the old listing photos 😳) and they made it into such a lovely place to be that visitors didn’t want to leave. They didn’t plan to leave as soon as they did, but life changes, and I got a text late one night that they’d gotten acceptance on a house out of state. Within a couple days we’d met up to strategize, within a couple weeks we were photo ready, and after the first weekend of open houses people were clamoring to buy. I can’t thank my clients enough for the great care they took of their first home, and all of the diligence and trust they poured into the little team we formed to get this s**t done quickly and well. It’s an added bonus that the buyers ended up being the sweetest people who were visibly in love and committed from day one. Congrats to all involved!
