We opened escrow on January 8th. This family patiently hung in there through a wildly complicated deal! However, patience pays offer snagged it for $50k under list and I was able to negotiate $36k in credits and another $8k for a rate lock extension. They’ve scored an amazing deal but will have to put in a smidge of elbow grease. So, I bought the little guy a tool box so he can help mom and dad ! I love that he’s going to grow up in the most adorable house and create amazing memories there!❤️
