YAY! We have another success story to share! 🥳🎉

I met Olivia and her husband mid-May to discuss the sale of her dad’s home. After interviewing agents, she called me back within a week and shared that she would like to work with me. Before signing the listing agreement, I shared with her that I would be on vacation during the listing week and that my amazing teammates would take care of her. She signed.

While I was away in Japan, her dad’s property was listed, received multiple offers, and went under contract. I love that our clients trust us, our systems, and marketing! I knew my team would run everything smoothly, even when I’m out of the office, especially with the systems we have created.

I didn’t miss out on all the fun, because I came back in a week and was part of the documenting process, negotiating credits, and closing celebration! Building a real estate team over twelve years ago was one of my best decisions. I’m so proud of my teammates (Lilian and Dave) for serving our clients with all their hearts. 🫶

The escrow process was less than 21 days. Olivia appreciated that we made the home selling process quick and stress free. We are happy to have her be a part of our real estate family! 🎊

A Moment of Gratitude ❤️

Thank you to my incredible family, friends, teammates, and clients for this achievement. Being recognized as a Five Star Professional for THIRTEEN years in a row is all because of you. Next year marks my 20th year in the real estate business, and it's been an unbelievable journey. I am blessed to have met so many wonderful people who I've had the joy to become friends and family. Thank you so much for trusting my team and me to help you with your real estate goals! We will always take care of you and the people you introduce us to.

A few months ago, I published my second book, “Beyond Real Estate.” It shares a little bit of who I am and my reasons for being in real estate. More importantly, it reveals how my team and I guide, lead, and protect our clients. Special thanks to my business coach, Joe Stumpf, for his invaluable guidance and years of support. I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dan for choosing to work with me and for the trust he placed in my team and I. It all started when Dan discovered me online and took the time to read through the wonderful reviews left by my amazing clients.

Selling and buying a home can be like flying across the country. ✈️ Sometimes, it's a smooth journey, while other times there may be unexpected turbulence. In this transaction, we faced an unexpected turbulence along the way. However, we managed to navigate through it and landed safely.
