17 days before the Eaton Fire, I had the privilege of helping a client find his dream home in Altadena. By some miracle, his home was spared, but sadly, majority of his neighbors weren’t as fortunate. It’s been difficult to share this, as I’m beyond grateful that his home survived, but my heart aches for everyone who lost theirs. It’s hard to make sense of why some homes made it through while others didn’t. Despite the challenges, many are committed to rebuilding. For those opting to sell their lots, the market has been moving fast, with multiple offers and many properties selling above asking price. Altadena is truly a beautiful community, even amidst the destruction, its beauty and value shine through. It’s been inspiring to witness everyone come together to support one another. 🙏🏼❤️
