The Spring market certainly started heating up early this year!

A long overdue post, but a MUCH deserved congratulations to my first time homebuyers who closed nearly two months ago on their beautiful home!

These buyers had been through the ringer, trying out different agents, touring home after home, and getting beat out in multiple offer situations.

Upon working with me, we determined what their absolute must-haves were and refined their search to better suite their needs. We looped in their lender to be sure we were all on the same page, and started working as TEAM. - Air Duct Cleaning companies

- Professional painters

- Handyman services, preferably companies or individuals that are licensed and insured.

- Movers: looking for reliable and as reasonably priced as possible.

- Landscapers: looking for companies or individuals that can do regular yard maintenance but also grading projects, hardscaping, etc.
