Barry is also a sought-after real estate coach, teaching his proven methods for managing the sales process to ensure smooth closings. He has the
patience, experience, knowledge and professionalism to make sure his clients get the best deal. When he is working with either a buyer or seller, his negotiating skills have been honed through building personal relationships with other agents, earning a reputation of professional integrity and trust. He knows how to negotiate; after all, he has been happily married for 30 years. Barry’s leadership skills developed over years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. Barry has completed extensive training and studied the Craftsman Style, The Arts and Crafts Movement, The Architectural works of Charles and Henry Greene and the works of visionary Architect, Frank Lloyd Wright. He has served as Past President on the Board of Directors of Friends of Hollyhock House in Hollywood and Docent, Coordinator at the Pasadena Gamble House, both with the mission to preserve these architectural masterpieces.
