🎉"I made the decision to join The RE Home Group of Douglas Realty because I wanted to position myself for the next level of my real estate career. As I've grown in this business, I've realized that having a strong support system behind me is just as important as having the ability to sell. I wanted to be surrounded by experienced professionals who believe in teamwork, accountability, education, and delivering an exceptional client experience. One of the biggest factors for me was team support. I now have a team structure where I'm not expected to do everything alone. Having a Transaction Coordinator who helps take a transaction from the submission of an offer all the way through closing is a tremendous resource. It allows me to spend more time doing what I do best—serving my clients, negotiating, building relationships, prospecting, and growing my business. Another thing that stood out to me is the culture at Douglas Realty. Douglas, the owner, is genuinely hands-on. He knows what's happening within the organization and is accessible to the agents and staff. That type of leadership was important to me because I wanted to be part of a company where leadership isn't just a name at the top—they are actually involved with the people and the business. And then there is the caliber of the agents. I walked into an environment where I see experienced, successful agents who are at the top of their game, but there is still a sense of collaboration. There isn't a feeling that every agent has to figure everything out by themselves. No agent is left on an island. That's important to me. Real estate can be a very independent business, but I don't believe you have to build your business alone. I believe the right team can make you better, more efficient, more knowledgeable, and ultimately allow you to provide a better experience for your clients. I'm excited about this next chapter because I didn't make this move simply to change brokerages. I made this move because I wanted to provide more for my clients and my business."
