So I have an estate listing which is both residential and commercial mixed use. I received a Letter of intent for not only the estate listing but also the house next door which will be for sale once the estate sells as it belongs to the daughter who is also POA on the estate. The offer comes from Scott Douglas of Douglas Commercial. Can we combine an estate sale with one that is not in a single transaction?
