I finally got around to going through my photos from Mexico City, and October still feels close. There’s something about that place… the color, the noise, the food, the quiet moments tucked between busy streets. It moves at its own rhythm, and you end up moving right along with it.

I came back wanting more slow mornings, more long lunches, more walking just to see what’s around the next corner.

Andrew Rayas is a native of southern California who fell in love with homes when he was a 15-year-old intern for an interior designer, going on to study that field at Fullerton College after high school. Upon graduation, Andrew was hired as a closet designer for California Closets where he’s worked for 10 years and recently won the award for also being the top salesperson for 2016. Not only do Andrew’s sales and design experience seamlessly translate into his career as a real estate agent, but his warm personality, ability to connect with people, and his willingness to go above and beyond expectations position his clients to successfully find their own unique dream homes with ease. As a people person, Andrew enjoys matchmaking and believes that helping people find a house that fits their spirit can be like finding their soulmate. He cultivates relationships with a select number of clients, feeling that the quality of support he can provide is better than the quantity. Andrew loves seeing people happy and is always ready and willing to help. When he isn’t working, he enjoys cooking and entertaining, social and charity events, gardening, home improvement, and his dog, Halston, a wire terrier.
