Our sellers had recently moved out of state and trusted our team to take it from there: staging the home, getting it on the market, managing everything locally, and seeing it all the way through settlement.

This was a beautifully maintained home with fantastic updates, on an awesome lot, and with comparable sales to support our pricing. But despite everything looking right on paper, we just weren’t getting the traction we expected.

The sellers stayed patient with us as we watched the market and buyer feedback, and we eventually made a strategic adjustment to the listing when the time was right. The adjustment secured us a strong contract, and last Friday we made it to the settlement table! 🎉
