to college I would buy a house and rent rooms to my roommates so that I could live for free and buy a house at the same time. I remember asking my dad how I should go about doing that and he advised me to save up 10-20% down and I'd be good to go. So that's exactly what I set out to do... I worked hours and hours trying to save up that big down payment and I'm convinced I would have reach that goal. Enter the late, Carlton Sheets, Maybe you remember him sitting on his wooden stool on late night television selling his No Money Down Real estate program.... I bought the course and that's when it all began. A kid still in High school dreaming of owning real estate and flipping houses. That was the first of one of the best decisions and turning points in my life. Since then I've spent countless hours studying learning and investing in real estate and that has made all the difference.
