Clients are looking the following:
1. Pasadena area office to lease, prefer standing alone building with plenty of parking, minimum of 5K up to 10K sq ft office for Corp headquarter. Will lease now and option to purchase if possible.
2. Irvine area office to purchase, minimum of 2000 and up to 6000 sq ft, one or two store, easy access to parking. If needed, I can sign off the confidential agreement.
3. Within Southern CA, NNN investment properties, under 4 Millions Dollars, Client is looking to do 1031 exchange which his current deal is in the escrow.
