was born in Seoul, Korea and spent her childhood in Sao Paulo, Brazil and later moved to Southern California. She is a graduate of Otis Parson with a degree in fashion. Her multicultural background has given her a great ability to understand and adapt to the individual needs of her clients. She is conscientious of her client’s needs and goals. Julia has a background in fashion, production, marketing and sales. Her creativity, attention to detail, managing time, negotiating, and communication skills in all levels became a valuable asset and continue to serve her real estate clients as well. Jin Kwon was born in Seoul, Korea and spent his childhood in Pittsburg. He is graduate of University of Pittsburg with an engineering degree. He started his career in the garment industry and later in real estate. Jin has an extensive background in management, sales, production, marketing, and excellent negotiation skills.
