And this is what the seller had to say. ❤ “Packing up your childhood home and updating the home for months to put on the market WHILE grieving the loss of your parents is quite an emotional and stressful ordeal. Katrina and Willie were so understanding, gracious and incredibly helpful during this difficult time. Katrina and Willie provided a list of various vendors and Katrina scheduled and coordinated with the vendors to work on updating our house to get it in tip-top shape to enable us to ask the best price. They were very hands-on with assisting us with meeting vendors for estimates, etc., and providing their professional opinions on what updates to make. The updates we decided to make turned out beautifully, and the staging company Katrina referred us to modernized the house and it looked gorgeous. We had multiple offers in one week in a very unstable market. Katrina and Willie’s knowledge and guidance throughout the complicated process of selling a house (which we were very unfamiliar with) was so important and very appreciated – we felt like we were in good hands!
