🏡 Another Property Acquired in Pasadena, Maryland!

This one is a great reminder that selling a home isn't always just about the highest offer or fastest closing. Sometimes it's about finding the option that actually fits your situation.

The sellers of this Pasadena home were preparing to relocate to Delaware and needed certainty around their sale. They had multiple offers to consider, but ultimately chose As Is Equity.

This one is officially ours, and the transformation is getting underway.

After years of deferred maintenance and property-related liens, the homeowner wasn't in a position to make repairs, clean everything out, or deal with preparing the property for a traditional sale.

We were able to make a cash offer that worked for her situation, clear the property's liens and debts through the sale, and give her the flexibility to take what she wanted and leave the rest behind.

Now it's our turn to handle the cleanout, repairs and renovation.

We're excited to bring this Severn home back to life and give it a fresh start for the neighborhood. 🛠️
