We rarely post any of our closed sales. 1919 N Verdugo though… is one where our Sellers’ efforts shouldn’t go unrecognized.

Because of them and the talented people our team works with this was the real estate sale equivalent of a perfect game in baseball…except nobody lost.

Our clients purchased a “modernized” craftsman in 2006 and began restoring it to welcome their kid into the world. 18 years later on said kid’s birthday (today) they sold it for more than they ever imagined it would be worth.

We take almost zero credit because we didn’t spend OUR life savings and 18 years of OUR lives hunting down pedestal sinks from 1911 and using the 1911 Sears Catalog to ensure accuracy of materials and finishes. We didn’t stay up late into the night measuring, cutting, sanding or nailing.
