He served multiple leadership roles and was highly valued for his expertise. His commitment to service has always shown throughout his career and he now continues with that attitude of service in his business practices. He had received numerous awards to include The Army Commendation Medal, several Army Achievement Medals as well as other State and National Awards. He served his Country, The State

of Mississippi and his Community by answering the call every time it was asked whether it was from The President or The Governor. He had had many roles and responsibilities in various missions from Hurricane Katrina to Contingency Operations in the Global War on Terrorism and more. Although his Military career and business is the source of great pride, his proudest accomplishment is that of a devoted Husband to his beautiful wife, Keta Stickland-Davis, and Father to four wonderful children. Renzy who is a coach at Columbia High School. Riley and his wife Mackenzie live in Boca Raton, FL. Rayden attends Purvis High School and plays on the Tennis Team. Kamden attends Resurrection Catholic School in Pascagoula and is stellar student that stands out academically. Aritt entered the Real Estate Industry in 2018 after building and scaling another of his businesses. Within months of trying to juggle both he shuttered the doors of his cleaning business to focus 100% on his newly found passion. In just his first year he contracted and closed over 6M in inventory. In his second year he more than doubled that. Year three he received his brokers license, started a small team with 3 brand new agents. He led them to close 101 transactions and almost 20M in gross sales volume from April-December of 2021. In Q1 of 2022 the Aritt Davis Team contracted nearly 10M in inventory. Now they have decided to grow again by rebranding and aligning with ΓEA⅃ Broker to become the Sail & Anchor Group brokered by ΓEA⅃ . Aritt was proud to be selected by Tamir Poleg and his team at ΓEA⅃ to serve as the Principal Broker for Mississippi Operations and lead the charge to introduce agents to the ΓEA⅃ Brand with the official announcement being made nationally on April 14th 2022.
