The Windsor Hotel, corner of 1st and Clark in Pasco, mid 1890's. The hotel would have been brand new around this time in the fast growing railroad town of Pasco. The hotel burned down in sometime between February 1908 and May 1909.

While we can't provide a definitive build and teardown date, we were able to figure out the following info:
Using the Sanborn Fire Insurance Map we found online from 1890, there wasn't a hotel of this size listed. We found other mentions of the hotel from Pasco's early days but nothing concrete

As far as when it was destroyed, there is an article mentioning the hotel in the February 13, 1908 edition of the Walla Walla Evening Statesmen which touts a new machine invented in Pasco by J.R. Morrison which would help irrigate the land and was on display at the hotel. In May 1909, the Sanborn Fire Insurance Map for Pasco was surveyed, created, and released and there the hotel was completely missing. There is also no mention past 1908 in local newspaper archives that we were able to find.

The Tri-City Herald used to do a large multiple page section towards the beginning of each year on the growth of the Mid-Columbia. It would run over a few weeks and each week they would concentrate on a different aspect of growth. There would be a special on community growth, transportation growth, and as seen here on business and industry.

This page from March 6, 1982 shows an aerial view of Columbia Center Blvd facing north towards the river. As you can see this area has gone through massive growth in the last 44 years!
