👻 HAUNTED?

There’s a little dark history hiding inside one of Clearwater’s most recognizable theatres…

In 1981, during renovations at the historic Capital Theatre, the body of Bill Neville was discovered in the balcony. His death became part of the theatre’s long and sometimes strange history — and, naturally, stories of paranormal activity eventually followed. 👻

So… is the Capital Theatre haunted?

I’ll let you decide. 😂

What’s interesting is that whatever may or may not be hanging around the old theatre, the show definitely goes on.

The Capital Theatre is still hosting performances today, with a pretty good lineup coming this fall:

Thinking about adding solar to your home? ☀️

It can lower your electric bills and potentially increase your home’s value — but the numbers (and your timeline) matter.

A good rule of thumb: solar often takes 7–10 years to pay for itself through energy savings. If you’re planning to move in a few years, the financial case may be much weaker.

A few things to consider:

☀️ How much sun does your home get?
💰 What will the system actually cost after incentives?
⚡ How much are you currently spending on electricity?
🏠 Are you buying the system outright, financing it, or leasing it?
📈 How much value will it realistically add when you sell?
📅 How long do you expect to stay in the home?

And there’s an important resale distinction: owned solar systems are generally easier for a buyer to understand than systems with leases or loans that have to be transferred.

Solar can absolutely make sense — but it isn’t automatically a good investment just because it saves money on electricity.
